How we work?
•
Arrange
for a consultation with a Classic Kitchens designer. The first
appointment is
best in our showroom, however in-home appointments are
available.
At your first appointment
it is best if you have:
o A basic layout of your room
o Photos or
magazine clippings showing the items that are important to you
o
A basic idea
of how much you want to invest in your project
•
Your Designer
will visit your home to take precise measurements and get a feel
for how best to help
you with your design.
•
Your next
meeting will be in the showroom to review the plans and quote.
o Comprehensive computer drawings of the project
o A list of products selected by your Designer based on the
conversation during the
first meeting
o A Work Order detailing all necessary labor required to
complete the project
o Details of how the Installation process takes place,
start/finish dates, job management,
who will be in your home, communication procedures and what we
need from you to make
the project run smoothly
o A quotation listing each product you and your Designer have
selected
o Payment schedules and financing availability
o Contracts and forms necessary to put the project in motion
•
If the plans and quote are acceptable, a retainer is due in
order to make revisions and get the project
started. The retainer amount is based on the size of the project.
•
We do not
release any drawings or plans relating to your project until a
retainer is received.
•
Once a deposit
is received, we will schedule your project, order all products
and prepare for
installation.
•
Finally, within
10 days of contract signing, we will schedule a time for your
Designer and our Project
Manager to visit your home to review the plans.
